38-year-old patient Erwin, from Indonesia, was visiting India when he felt a stab of headache and pain in the neck. The tumour was close to the vertebrae and spinal cord and had a high risk of haemorrhage. Erwin was promptly advised surgery to dissect the tumour using robotic technology. Erwin had a speedy recovery post-surgery and has resumed his routine life without any complications.
