39-year-old patient, Mrs. Rashmi Negi, had a long-standing condition of Haemangioma of the liver. Mrs. Negi was promptly prepared for surgery using Cavitron Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator (CUSA), which helped divide the liver parenchyma without intruding on the vessels or biliary tract.
